The seeds are then dried and ground at low temperatures around 108 degrees to preserve nutrients and enzymes. This creates a light, sweet tasting butter that is easy to digest and packed with nutrition.

Our sprouting process breaks down starches and increases protein and fiber content, making nutrients like iron, zinc, and vitamin C easier for your body to absorb.
